What this site collects

The Texas Citizenship Test is run by the Texas Nationalist Movement, Inc. (TNM). This page covers what the site collects and what happens to it. TNM's full privacy policy, at thetnm.org/privacy, also applies to this site.
Taking the test
You don't need an account or a name to take the test. Your answers are graded on our server and are not stored. A result link carries your score and nothing about who you are.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see things like how many people finish the test, pass it, or tap a share button. Google's advertising features are turned off for this site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we still count the visit but set no analytics cookies.
The weekly question
If you sign up for the weekly question, we keep your email address, your ZIP code if you give it, and when you signed up. Your address goes into TNM's email system, so along with the weekly question you may get other email from TNM. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
TNM's privacy policy allows it to rent or exchange email and postal addresses with other organizations whose missions it believes may interest you. To opt out, email privacy@thetnm.org. This site doesn't collect phone numbers or payment information.
